The cost of care at Sunrise Senior Home is based on the Level of Care needed. We have five levels of Care. Our base rate (Level 1 Care) is $6,000 and each level is $1,000 more than the base rate. We accept private pay clients and we provide all five levels of care, described below.

Our nursing staff determines the initial level of care for each resident, and the level may increase or decrease after the resident settles in and begins a routine.

Charges will be calculated on an increasing scale where residents are assessed every one year or as needed to monitor the changes in Level of Care. A minimum of 30 days notice will be given to Resident/POA.
